HOME SCHOOL

I homeschooled my 4 children until I started a private high school. While I thoroughly enjoyed making paper mache water treatment plants, and volcanoes that spurted colorful baking soda, I was also thrilled with finding amazing teachers whose enthusiasm and expertise in a given subject could be shared with my kids and their friends. I seized the opportunity to bring others into our lives with excitement, a love for learning, and great adventure. There are many fascinating people all around us -- one instructor taught math through sacred geometry. Another conducted a course on ancient mythology. Kids learned ancient Greek, psychology, publishing, art history, astrology, homeopathy, and the anatomy and functionality of the brain -- not your typical high school course. 

     As a home school mom and instructor, I teach and tutor English and all forms of writing.
